Finding the Win
Find the part that is still yours.
People can move forward through small, meaningful steps. I share what I have learned as a peer, a creator, and a person of faith—not as a therapist or a medical professional.
Finding the Win grew from a simple belief: you can remember your worth, rebuild trust in God, yourself, and safe people, and keep going one small win at a time.
When you cannot control the whole situation, something may still be yours. Your attention. Your next decision. Your boundary. Your response. Your question. Your request for support. Your truth. Your next small action.
That idea is also how I look at software and rooms. Orientation. Reliability. Capacity. Connection. Boundaries. Choice. A path back after something breaks. I call the larger frame Designed Agency. The notes for that live on Ideas.
This is not the whole website. If you came here for systems and sound, start at Work. If you came because you needed a smaller next step, you are in the right place.
